Returns & Exchanges

October 03, 2026

We're happy to return or exchange unused items.

  • Returns must be started within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Start a return or exchange through our online returns form. Return shipping is free only when the return is due to a faulty product.
  • Exchanging a machine that was part of a kit? Send back only the tufting machine.
  • Include all original components with the returned item.
  • Pack carefully following the packing instructions you receive once your return is approved, and write the RMA number on the box.

Good to know: Visible soldering inside the motor housing and grease on moving parts are normal on new machines. Grease keeps the machine running smoothly, and you should re-grease it periodically.
